Sandie Hargreaves

 

Sandie’s inspiration comes from many and varied sources. Colour and texture, movement and emotion are vital components in her work. She loves to experiment with a wide range of materials to produce evocative, abstract images in both 2D and 3D.

 

The human form also provides her with endless stimulation whether in action or repose. Sandie is inspired by the simplicity of line found in prehistoric cave painting, naïve art and Picasso’s single line images to name a few.
